Resident Engineer at Client Truck Untertürkheim
Supporting two projects (GATS and NewAMT) for the moment
GATS DMU in Catia V5 (3D Design)
GATS Wiring Harness Engineering
New AMT Wiring Harness Engineering
Ideal experience in engine environment or chassis
Work together with one further CLIENT colleague in UT
Represent CLIENT and it’s interests in the meetings
Being member of the CLIENT project team.
Traveling to Kitzingen or to Arad, Romania maybe required
English is mandatory
Further tool experience required Smaragd Client Truck, ZGDoc and SWAN

Task details
- Analyze innovation potential, support VA/VE proposals and
- Support product concept GATS and NewAMT (wires, terminals, clamps, components)
- Execute 3D mockup meetings/reviews
- Prepare 3D and 2D data for release into customer system
- Consideration of new technologies
- Address special test set up’s/requirements
- Clarify product drawing together with customer
- Utilize access to Client network for providing technical information to project team
- Support sales for the sales calculation
- Technical customer care
- Prepare and take care of prototype assembly
- Communication between customer, assembly plant in Arad (engineering)
- Technical preparation for supplier request of components
- Support DFMEA
